CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES To respect our barbers’ time and allow other clients the opportunity to book an appointment, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy: • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 18 hours before the scheduled time. • Cancellations made less than 18 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service. • No-shows or cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment may be charged the full price of the service.
