WE HAVE HAD MANY LATE AND NO SHOW BOOKINGS.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you run late we’ll run late for our next client.

• If you run more than 15 min late, we have the right to cancel your appointment and charge the full fee.

• Any appointment cancellation within 10 hours of the booking time will be charged the half fee. No shows will be charged the full fee.
